Enrollment Process

Course enrollment is confirmed upon payment receipt and completion of registration requirements. We reserve the right to cancel enrollments that do not meet prerequisites or for courses that do not reach minimum enrollment numbers.

Prerequisites

Some courses have specific prerequisites. You are responsible for ensuring you meet these requirements before enrolling. Misrepresentation of qualifications may result in enrollment cancellation without refund.

Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions and complete assignments on time
• Participate actively in discussions and group projects
• Respect instructors and fellow students
• Submit original work and properly cite sources
• Follow academic integrity guidelines

Academic Integrity

Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in course dismissal without refund and potential legal action.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Payment options include:

• Full payment at time of enrollment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• No refunds after course has commenced

If Quantum Labs cancels a course, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another course.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Quantum Labs Content

All content provided through our services, including course materials, videos, code examples, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Quantum Labs or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access course materials for personal educational use
• Download materials for offline study during the course period
• Use code examples in personal projects with attribution

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
• Create derivative works without written permission
• Remove copyright notices or attribution
• Share access credentials or materials with non-enrolled individuals

Student Work

You retain ownership of original work created during courses. By submitting projects or assignments, you grant Quantum Labs a non-exclusive license to use your work for educational, promotional, or demonstration purposes, with appropriate attribution.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Educational Outcomes

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, employment opportunities, or career advancement. Success depends on individual effort, prior knowledge, market conditions, and factors beyond our control.

Service Availability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service meets your specific requirements. Technical issues may occasionally occur.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Quantum Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course or service.
